Parenting is an important role, and it takes a village to raise a child. Our school offers a variety of parenting workshops to support our families and their children.
SATTVA Parenting Workshops cover a range of topics designed to give parents tools and strategies to support their children's development.

Art of Parenting
How a child's subconscious mind is formed, why the early years matter so much, and practical insights to support overall growth.
Mindfulness
Skills that help parents reduce stress, increase focus and improve their well-being — a tool they can also use with their children.
Social Emotional Learning
How children develop social-emotional skills, and strategies for fostering those skills at home.
Our Parenting Workshops are led by experienced professionals, and parents are encouraged to share their own experiences and challenges in a supportive, collaborative space. The success of our students is greatly influenced by the support they receive from their families.
