01 — Admission procedure
Six steps to a place.
For the academic year 2027–28, SATTVA offers admissions from Nursery to Grade VIII, subject to the availability of seats, eligibility and the age criteria.
- 01Enquiry for admissionParents can either submit the online enquiry form or visit the school's admissions office to express interest in admission.
- 02Meet the counsellorParents can schedule a meeting with a counsellor to discuss any questions they have about the school. The counsellor will provide insights into the school's operations and how it can benefit the child.
- 03Campus tourParents and guardians are invited to take a campus tour of SATTVA School to experience the well-designed environment. The tour gives a glimpse of the facilities and opportunities available for curricular and co-curricular activities.
- 04RegistrationTo complete registration, parents visit the school's Admission Office, fill in the registration form and pay the registration fee of Rs. 500. Once the details are complete, a hard copy is submitted to the school.
- 05AssessmentPre-Primary (Nursery, PP I & PP II): admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. No formal admission test is required. Primary, Middle & Secondary (Class I–IX): admission is based on the availability of seats. Students appear for an assessment, and selection is based on merit.
- 06Confirmation of admissionUpon acceptance of admission, parents pay the fees within the stipulated date and submit the documents below.

Upon acceptance of admission, fees are paid within the stipulated date, and these documents are submitted.

- 02Copy of the child's birth certificate
- 03Copies of Aadhaar — both parents and the child
- 04Child's passport-size photos — 8
- 05Mother's passport-size photos — 4
- 06Father's passport-size photos — 4
- 07Copy of the child's immunisation record
- 08Transfer certificate or record sheet from the previous school
- 09Bonafide certificate
- 10Copy of the progress report from the previous school
- 11Copy of the legal custody letter (only if parents are divorced)
- 12Copy of the child's passport and valid Indian residence of parents (only if the child is a non-resident of India)
03 — Before term begins
Parent orientation programme.
Before the start of the new academic year, a parent orientation programme is held to familiarise parents with the school's vision, mission and ecosystem.
